I have been buying from Allens of Kingsbury for years. Their product range is good and their customer service is very good too! Always very quick to dispatch. I would thoroughly recommend for all your swimming equipment.

Allen’s Customer Service were absolutely brilliant dealing with some faulty Speedo goggles. I tended to think it was more of a Speedo issue, however, Allen’s replaced them which I was very grateful for seeing as they were not cheap! I’ve shopped at Allen’s for a few years now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Good quality products at great prices. Excellent customer service that actually goes out of its way to help.

I needed a pair of replacement prescription googles that was stolen at the pool. The lens were in stock, but Danny followed up and let me know when they were. I wouldn't look anywhere else for purchasing any type of swim gear. Recommended

I have recently had my first and I'm pleased to say, excellent consumer experience ordering from this company. I found their range of womens' swimwear reasonably priced, a good variety of styles and brands, with honest pricing and free p and p charges including on returns. They also answered my query on swimsuits and sizing very quickly and comprehensively by email. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this retailer and I will certainly flag them up as my "go to" when looking to buy my swimsuits and swimming accessories again in the future. Finally, they were infinitely better to deal with than another online swimwear company I had the misfortune to deal with for the first - and last time - recently. well done Allens Swimwear!

I love Allens Swimwear, they are our go to company for any accessories , swimsuits and skins that we need.
Purchasing a skin or even a swimsuit is quite hard when the sizing between brands differ. There return policy is really good, it means we can order a suit try it at home and if it doesn't fit we can exchange for a different size. Delivery is really fast. We like to visit he shop as well to buy the skins staff are really knowledgeable and ensure that we are buying the correct one.

I used to order from this company when I was younger (about 7 or so years ago) and the customer service was great back then. I made an order recently (May 21) and found that I had ordered slightly Incorrectly (sizing and goggles). I called up with a few questions and spoke to Martin, he stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered and even sent me links to other products he would recommend. I honestly cannot fault the amazing service that I was given today, and would 100% recommend these to anyone else.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how good the service is from Allens swimwear. I've placed two orders recently with them and each had free delivery and arrived very quickly and as described. So impressed!

They have become my new reliable go-to place for swimwear and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I was a bit worried before placing my order after reading the negative reviews in the past.

The item I ordered is larger than I need so I return it.

Their free tracked delivery and free tracked return are superb.

The refund is also very fast.

100% happy customer.

I will visit again when I need swimwear.

Excellent service. No problems swapping sizes and returning racing suits which were ordered the wrong size.
I also used their repair service on a new racing suit my daughter ripped and the repair was fantastic and almost invisible

Great service all round

Have often used this company and as always fast delivery and good prices. Our swimming club has recently joined their club scheme so to get some support with discount and other incentives is fantastic for a small club.
I had to return to costume i recently bought only because it didnt fit and daughter now wants a different style. the return process was very easy with free return label and refund was much faster than expected after xmas period, will definitely be ordering her new costume through Allens as very easy to use and positive customer experience

Superb experience as always. Speedy delivery, competitive prices, great products. After a truly awful experience with an online competitor recently, I had almost lost my faith in online swim-shopping. I haven’t. Allens haven’t let us down and have always delivered within 24hours. I've used this Comany on several occasions and been more than happy with their customer services.
Products arrived speedily.
Returns (owing to purchasing more than one item for sizing reasons) have been made extremely quickly.
On the one occasion an item became faulty, their customer services were very responsive and arranged for a replacement the same day.
Can't fault them.

Have ordered from this company about 4 times now & never had a problem. Free postage which is great & it normally comes next day.

This time I ordered the same suit in 2 different sizes as it was a knee suit for my daughter. Sent the one not wanted back (had to pay postage, but knew this before I ordered). Had my refund within 5 days of posting.

Shame to see others have had problems as I can’t fault them.

Fab company came across them last year and ordered several items since my first purchase as my child swims nearly every day of the week! Great range and very affordable company,only ever had to return one item as the sizing was big and they sent out my replacement within a couple of days no problem at all so not quite getting the other reviews ,free delivery you can't really get much better than that! Will continue to use them whenever we require new costumes/equipment
