The experience was okay overall, but the brand selection felt a bit limited to me. I couldn’t find some of the usual ones I tend to buy, so I ended up having to look for alternatives

I ordered the wrong size and thought the exchange might be a hassle, but it was actually really easy?? Sent it back, got the right size quickly, and everything went smoothly.

I ordered from allensswimwear.co.uk it arrived much quicker than I was expecting, always a nice surprise! No hassle at all, the email updates came through fine, and the parcel turned up in good condition. Straightforward really, which is exactly what you want. I’d definitely order from them again.

I did get my refund in the end, so that’s totally fine, I guess. It just took a little longer than I expected, and I had to follow up more times than I’d have liked. Not a huge deal, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest process

The swimsuit looked nice in person, but it definitely ran smaller than I expected. I had to go back and swap it for a different size, which was kind of annoying—especially because I ended up waiting in a long queue just to do the exchange. It worked out in the end, but the sizing could be better.

Trying to use the site on my phone was frustrating. The filters kept resetting, checkout felt awkward, and it took way too long to find the sizes I needed. I almost gave up before finishing. The products might be good, but the website definitely needs some work.

I ordered from Allens Swimwear and, to be honest, it was just okay. Nothing was terrible, and the delivery was fine, but for the price I expected better quality than what arrived. I’ve bought similar swimwear elsewhere for less, so it left me feeling a bit disappointed. I’d have appreciated some kind of acknowledgement or apology, because it didn’t really feel like good value for money. Not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again.

The box showed up all squashed and battered, which was kind of disappointing. I guess it still arrived, but..

My swimsuit got here quickly and was exactly what I expected, actually, I’d say it was even a little better in person. The fit was good too, no weird issues or anything. I’d definitely order from here again.

I bought my daughter a carbon elite limited edition race suit from Allen’s as a Christmas present to my daughter who is a professional swimmer. After one wear holes appeared in this suit. I returned to Allen’s who both them & supplier solo sports are saying that she has caught it on a rough surface possibly a finger. I mean how do you put a ravesuit on without using your fingers/ hands. The aftercare service has been terrible I was not offered a refund, part refund, exchange or repair. Please do not buy an expensive suit from this company as you will have no support if anything goes wrong. What I don’t understand is that this is the first time I have returned as a dedicated customer and this is how I am treated please look elsewhere for a race suit.
